This Privacy Policy applies to dayzABC.com, event.dayzABC.com and the public pages operated under those addresses. It does not govern Discord, social media platforms, iZurvive, Nitrado or other external services linked from our websites.
2. Data controller and contact
The data controller for these websites is dayzABC.com / +++ Community. Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the official +++ Discord server by opening a support ticket.
3. Information processed when you visit
The websites do not currently contain account registration, contact forms or newsletter forms. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the websites, including:
- IP address and approximate request location;
- date and time of a request;
- requested page or file;
- browser, device and operating-system information;
- referrer, error, diagnostic and security information.
4. Event progress stored on your device
Interactive event tools may save route progress, completed stages or coordinate fragments locally in your browser. This information remains on your device and is not sent to dayzABC.com or shared with other players. You can remove it by using the reset option in the event tool or by clearing your browser data.
5. Purposes and legal basis
Technical information is processed only where necessary to provide the websites, maintain security, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and protect the +++ community infrastructure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure community website under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Information may also be processed where required to comply with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
At the date of this policy, dayzABC.com does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tracking tools on these websites.
Strictly necessary browser storage may be used to provide a feature specifically requested by you, such as saving event progress on your device. If optional tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism will be provided before they are activated.
7. Service providers and recipients
Limited technical information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, content delivery, security and technical maintenance. These providers may process information only to the extent necessary to provide their services, meet security requirements or comply with applicable law.
We do not sell personal data collected through the websites.
8. External links and partner link
Our websites link to Discord, Facebook, X, Twitch, iZurvive, Nitrado and other external services. When you follow a link, the destination service may receive technical information and process data under its own privacy policy.
The Nitrado link is an official partner link. dayzABC.com may receive a commission or partner benefit when a user visits or purchases through that link. Nitrado is independently responsible for the information it processes on its service.
9. Retention
Technical logs available to us are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and troubleshoot the websites, investigate abuse or meet a legal requirement. Exact infrastructure-log periods may vary according to the hosting and security provider's settings.
10. International processing
Some technical or external service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, the relevant provider is expected to use an applicable legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
11. Your rights
