Data and purposes
We process player and Discord identifiers, server activity and connection records, in-game locations, moderation history, staff notes and submitted evidence. IP addresses used to investigate possible account relationships are obtained from DayZ server logs. We use this information to manage our servers, assist players, investigate reports and possible account relationships, and maintain staff accountability. Shared connection information alone does not prove misconduct.
Discord integrations
When enabled and permitted by Discord, the bot processes operational messages from explicitly configured channels and approved sources. These may include in-game purchase receipts, ban and unban reports, account-link confirmations and Discord AutoMod alerts. Selected message content, embeds, identifiers and source references may be stored to support staff review, moderation records and private well-placement tickets.
Administrators may also select specific messages as references for announcement previews and confirmed publications.
Staff web panel
The private staff panel uses Discord OAuth2 to identify the person signing in. Access is checked against current Discord roles and channel permissions. Essential cookies support authentication and login security.
The panel provides authorized access to player records, staff notes and confirmed DayZ ban/unban workflows. Staff actions are recorded in the application's operational history.
Access and security
Access is restricted according to staff responsibilities. Sensitive connection data is limited to authorised administrators and the owner. Active bot records and local application backups are stored in encrypted storage. Service providers process information as necessary to operate the bot. We do not sell this data or use it to train AI models.
Retention and requests
We retain information while needed for these purposes, subject to applicable deletion requirements. Record deletion is handled manually; the bot has no self-service deletion or collection opt-out. Backup copies are handled separately.
